Every negotiation is a riddle that needs to be resolved.

The Oxford Dictionary defines a riddle as: a question that is difficult to understand, and that has a surprising answer, asked as a game.

Negotiation is one of the most interdisciplinary fields. It is the art of managing decisions, risks and time; handling emotions and conflict; and coordinating stakeholders and communication all at once.

Add each organisations unique mix of values, habits, and structures, and negotiation becomes a dynamic system that needs to be understood, shaped, and mastered.

At Riddle & Resolve, we start where it matters most: by designing a robust process. That's how riddles become resolvable.
